944. Union Train Station 531 N.E. 1 Avenue

This building was built in 1917 by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and the Seaboard Air Line Railroad. Ocala Union Station operated as a train station for a century. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was renovated in 1998.

The plaza is currently home to Dee Dee's Diner and the Magnolia Art Xchange. MAX is a new nonprofit artist incubator.
