958. Anderson House 704 S.E. Fort King Street

This Frame Vernacular Victorian style home was built in 1908, and is named the "Anderson House". Rebecca Anderson, a widow, was the original owner. This is an unusual structure because it was built as a two family home. The home contained two separate entrances: one on Fort King Street and one on Sanchez Avenue. It was in danger of demolition until it was lovingly restored in 2020.
